Thai Massage
Sometimes referred to as “lazy man’s yoga” this ancient healing practice well known in the East, combines acupressure, compressions, massage & passive yoga stretching.
Unlike massage on the table, this technique is performed on a padded mat on the floor with the client completely clothed. Little to no oils/creams are applied.
The therapist moves the client’s limbs into different positions and applies pressure to Sen lines (energy lines) to remove energy blockages throughout the body.
Specific poses & compressions are designed to not only relax muscle tension & renew energy, but Thai Massage is unique in its ability to increase flexibility, range of motion, improve circulation & posture.
Thai Massage will have you feeling emotionally centered as well as rejuvenated and relaxed!!

Chi Nei Tsang
“working the energy of the internal organs”
An ancient abdominal massage technique created by Taoist Monks in China.
It is a deep, yet gentle massage that cleanses the body of toxins and trains the internal organs to work more efficiently. Negative emotions stored in the abdomen are released, allowing the Chi (energy) to flow freely, restoring balance to the whole body.
Beneficial for many conditions, including those who have had surgery in their abdomen, who have digestive problems, chronic pain, or suffer from depression/anxiety.
This service focuses primarily on the abdomen, with minimal attention to other areas. However, the treatment will be concluded with a warming herbal compress and a relaxing head/face, neck, shoulder arm and hand massage.
You may re-use the poultice on yourself at home, or future massage sessions.
